How to Order


We will deliver on your added date and time once order is paid, confirmed and stocks are available. All orders will be scheduled for delivery after payment is received and validated. Kindly, no change of date and time will be allowed unless necessary.

2. We do NOT deliver on Weekends and Holidays.
3.  The cut-off for orders and payments received is 4:00 PM daily. All orders made after cut-off time will be delivered the next day based on your requested time. Orders made before cut-off time but with late payments will also be delivered the next day. 
4. We will deliver your items between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For advance orders, please put your requested delivery date before check out, maximum of 3 days upon checking out your order. 
5.  All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.
6.  Orders that are not paid and confirmed after 3 days will be automatically canceled. 
7.  There is no minimum amount to order.
8.  We can deliver to Metro Manila areas only.
9.  We will be the one to arrange for your delivery. We rely on third party delivery (Lalamove and Mr. Speedy).

In cases where delivery is attempted by us, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:

• Absence of the recipient
• Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel
• Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the Order successfully
• Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items
• No-show cancellations
• Failure to receive the Order with thirty to forty five (30-45) minutes from the time of delivery with invalid reason for not accepting to receive the items delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

11.  Delivery fees differ per area. Php 1.00 indicated is NOT the real delivery price. Delivery fee will be charged separately based on your location.
12.  Modes of payment accepted are Bank Transfer (BDO), GCash, PayPal, GrabPay and Cash on Delivery.
For Cash on Delivery, this only applies to Php 2,000 orders and below. If you wish to continue, we have to split your orders to 2 riders which will cost you double the delivery fee amount.
  If you paid via PayPal and GrabPay: Your payment is automatically received, and your order is confirmed. There is no need to email a screenshot of payment.
  For Bank transfer and GCash, please deposit to the accounts below and send a screenshot of payment slip, order reference number and your full name to

13. You will receive a status update via email notification.
14. Each product will be labeled with the expiration date. We recommend order for immediate consumption only, as most of our product shelf life is quite short. We only use fresh ingredients and do not use preservatives.
